To apply for the property for rent that you want to to call home, click your preferred application form above, complete the details and return to our office with your photo ID and supporting documentation. Properties should be inspected by you or someone on your behalf before submitting your application. If this is not possible, please contact our office to discuss your application options.
Application forms must be submitted with sufficient identification and supporting documents to verify applicants both personally and financially. All applicants will be referenced through tenancy and credit databases such as TICA and EQUIFAX (formally VEDA).
Application Approval Process
Deposits – Upon approval of application, the applicant must pay the first 2 weeks rent to confirm acceptance and secure tenancy within 24 hours. If you wish to withdraw your application, you must notify the office in writing within 48 hours of receipt of payment for a full refund of deposit. Notification outside this time frame will forfeit your deposit.
General Tenancy Agreement – The general tenancy agreement must be returned within 5 days of application approval. If you change your mind after signing the lease, it will be considered early termination and compensation for fees incurred by your landlord may apply.
Bond for Property
Rental Platform firmly requests the following bond payment from tenants or as instructed by the landlord for uncapped property;
- Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks rent for property up to and including $700 per week
- Bond is equivalent to 5 weeks rent for property $701 – $1400 per week
- Bond is equivalent to 6 weeks rent for property $1401 – $2000 per week
- Bond is equivalent to 8 weeks rent for property $2001 + per week
Department of Housing Bond Loans and EasyBondpay applications are accepted at this office.
